Most of our items will normally be dispatched by first class mail within approximately 4 - 5 working days, with many being dispatched in 1 - 2 working days (please email or phone for more precise dispatch details). For any items where this is not the case, the relevant details will be shown. In the case of multiple purchases where a discount has been applied, if one or more of the items ordered is not in stock at the time of the order being placed, the full order will not be dispatched until we have stocks of all items ordered. If we are inadvertently out of stock of a particular item and dispatch details have not been shown with the item description, or if an item is on back order with the manufacturer and cannot be sent within the time frame shown, we will dispatch any "in stock" items immediately and send the out of stock items as soon as we receive them.
Where the option to pay by bank transfer or cheque/postal order has been selected, we will hold orders for up to seven days. If payment has not been received by the end of the seven day period the order will be cancelled.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of items due to the wrong address details being given.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item you may return it to us within 14 days of the sale. Provided it is returned in the same condition as it was sent (ie factory sealed and unopened) a full refund will be given. Unless the item is being returned due to a fault or an error on our part, return postage costs will not be refunded.
